Enjoy the gorgeous natural wooded landscape that surrounds this place. Wake up to the sound of nothing but the birds singing and watching the rabbits and squirrels in their early morning feeding. This site is located on a beautiful country road, but only minutes from dining, swimming, beaches, fishing and shopping. Less than 10 miles from the famous Silver Lake Sand Dunes and Little Sable Lighthouse. We are working on adding nature hiking trails. There is a beautiful, secluded bike/pedestrian trail (Hart/Montague Trail) that you can drive a short 2 minutes to and park, to bike or walk the trail. Guests may contact us via messaging or calls during their stay for any questions or concerns they may have. Or for questions about area activities. There are brochures in the RV for area dining and activities. We are willing to interact with our guest if they wish. But otherwise, we respect your privacy and leave you to enjoy your "get-away". If you need assistance with building a fire, turning on the AC or heat, etc. someone is almost always readily available. Please contact us via Airbnb or text/phone and we will be happy to help! Our neighborhood has a diverse set of people. From old farmers that have been here forever, to vacation homes and RVs of people from the bigger cities. Most are very friendly and will stop and chat with you while out walking the country road or nearby bicycle trail. We are located in the country, so a vehicle is necessary for travel. We do live in the country, so keep in mind that we do have bugs, ants, mosquitoes, no-seeums, squirrels, the occasional "country mouse" 😁 and other critters. We try our best to keep them away from the RV, but you may still encounter them; it's all part of the charm of camping in the country! We do have an occasional bear or cougar in the area, but your chances of seeing them is next to nothing; they do their best to avoid us humans! We did have a silver fox in the driveway the other day. Harmless and so cool to see!
