Sunrise House

Located in the Center of Mackay. Perfect for long and short stay. Big fully fenced yard , you can park 6 cars inside and 2 Driveways. Close to Hospitals , Airport , there is a Pub ( Harrup Park ) just 7min walk , also a corner shop only minute walk distance. The space A FEW NOTES BEFORE BOOKING THE PLACE : 1.. The house is not a brand new house. It has old fittings in , we have been renovating slowly , However it is very clean / professionally clean every time a guest check out. - please check the photos before booking so you don't have any surprising , and if you have any questions before booking , please feel free to send me a message. 2. The house is not made " Children safety" for Under 10 years old. If you bring you children or infant/baby - please watch your children for power points , the stairs and other possible hazards - it will be your responsibility. 3. Most of The windows does not have security screen , and the security screen in the main bedroom is not opening and closing properly. All windows are working fine. Please read rules before booking the place. Guest access You can get access through the middle gate. Other things to note We have aircon in the bedroom1 and 3 and one aircon in the living room. The aircon in the Living room is big and does all the inside of the house if you close the kitchen door. I do not have any condiments in this house . We do have Oil , salt and Petter . We supply sachet coffee , sugar , teabag and a small milk. We do NOT supply Netflix , but our Tv is connected to the internet , if you have an account with Netflix , you can put in your log in details . just delete your log in before you leave the house.
