Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Plenty of room for large families. Privacy fenced yard in back. Our place is an older two-story home with 4 bedrooms and 2 baths, and we are making improvements as we grow. Visit the local shops in town or play on the Nueces at the pay to use spots or try the local free areas. Long term rental is available upon request. This is not a waterfront property. See below for information on river access. The space The house contains large living room and dining areas. The full kitchen also has sitting and table space. The two upstairs bedrooms are spacious and contain plenty of room for your comfort. The master bedroom is located downstairs middle of the house. The large rear bedroom has plenty of sitting space to watch tv and relax. The large back yard contains plenty open space to sit, relax and BBQ. It has a large covered patio, Pergola, and a fire pit. It is also privacy fenced. Guest access Covered in yard parking. Street side Parking. Please mind the stairs and watch your head. Since this is an older home, the stairs are a little steep. RIVER ACCESS: Private guided Nueces River Access is available upon request. If you do not mind a short 25-minute scenic drive through the hill country, we can provide you a private river location for your visit. This will get you privacy for you and yours away from the local traffic and such. A canopy and chairs can be provided but we request you bring everything you need for your trip to the water. Please request this option upon booking via private message and we can inform you of water levels and drought conditions. Our part of the river is dependent upon rainfall and flow of the river. Advance notice is needed. Other things to note Security cameras are in place for safety and security purposes only. They are on the outside of the house. Please keep pets off the furniture and clean up any outdoor/indoor messes that they may make. If you are going to leave your pet alone while staying, please make sure they are crated while your away. Please bring all necessary items with you for your pets, including food/water dishes, crates, and sanitary supplies. Please pick up any outdoor pet waste and dispose of. Potential guests, please notify me if, you are going to have or request guests over the maximum allowed occupancy.
