This second-floor condo is located in a waterfront building on the east side of the harbor, just about half a mile south of the footbridge into downtown. There's so much you can walk to here - Boothbay Lobster Wharf, great restaurants, cute shops, kayak rentals, sailing and whale-watching charters, and the little beach at Barrett Park. The Coastal Maine Botanical Gardens and the Maine State Aquarium are both within four miles as well. This condo is a delight to come home to after a day spent out on the water, as you can take in the harbor view from the balcony and throughout the window-lined living space. Everywhere you look, you'll see the colors of the ocean, from the well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances to the open living room with a smart TV. High-speed WiFi and a private washer/dryer are provided for your convenience as well.
