Located on Kalku Street in central Riga, steps from top restaurants, cafés, shops, and markets. Sleeps up to 9 and includes fast WiFi, washer/dryer, linens, toiletries, and a fully equipped kitchen with coffee and tea. 5th floor, no elevator — but worth it for the light and views. The space The apartment is fully equipped and it is perfect for 9 guests. The apartment is suitable for families with kids (a feeding chair, baby cot). The apartment is equipped with everything necessary for both short and long-term stay. There is a living room with a big sofa and an large round table for 8 guests. The kitchen is fully equipped. You will find a coffee machine, oven, toaster, teapot, stove, large fridge, Dish washing machine, washing machine, dishes, and pots. Towels and bed linen are included. Sleeping arrangement: (see the apartment plan) Bedroom nr. 1 – Double beds (160 cm x200 cm); Bedroom nr. 2 - Two single beds (each 90 cm x 200 cm); Bedroom nr. 3 –Two single beds (each 90 cm x 200 cm); Bedroom nr. 4 – Double bed (160 cm x 200 cm), sofa bed (120 cm x 200 cm) Separate kitchen with dinning table. Separated two bathrooms with a shower. The apartment is fully renovated in 2022, December. Guest access You will only have to enjoy the rest in Riga, because I will take care of everything you need for a comfortable stay. Equipment includes: -TV with HDMI cable, so you can connect it to your laptop. Plenty of TV channels in English. - Safe, encrypted Wi-Fi network not shared with anyone. - kitchen with fridge, freezer, dish washer, kettle, toaster, dishes, washing machine, dishwasher. - salt, pepper, sugar, oil - tea (black, green), coffee (grained) - hair dryer - towels & bed sheets - shower gel & shampoo You will not only feel but live the magic of Old Riga living in the heart of it!
