"Oh My Stay", is a FUN staycation at a centrally-located complex. On the 5th floor facing the swimming pool & garden. With other amenities like playground, spacious lobby, 24-hour security, a covered court, & walking distance to Sm Nova mall. Like any other Airbnb unit around the globe. Please follow "Clean as you go" policy. This condominium complex is also a "Non-Smoking" facility. Smoking inside the Airbnb unit and within the compound including the parking area is not allowed. The space A php 2000 security deposit is required for short stay (php 5000 for longer stay) and must be settled on or before your check-in date. This amount may be used as initial payment if damages or penalties occur during the stay. Guests are required to take photos of the unit after clean-up and before check-out to release the security deposit. It is the GUESTS’ RESPONSIBILITY to ensure that the unit will stay and be left in a PROPER WORKING CONDITION. Any damages, lost items, or other penalties will be charged accordingly and WILL BE REPORTED through the AIRBNB APP. Your cooperation in keeping the unit in its finest condition will help us provide you with the  best staycation you deserve 😉 Guest access Entire 2BR condo unit with kitchenette, hot shower, dining, seating, & entertainment. If you wish to use the swimming pool you need to purchase pool voucher. Pool schedule, Tuesday-Sunday, 6am to 10pm. Cashier opens at 9am, Monday-Friday. If you need parking slot inside the complex you need advance reservation. Other things to note Bring your proper swimwear. Enjoy a bonding time with your family or friends with retro arcade and other games thoughtfully placed for your entertainment. Play at the playground or avail pool voucher for a good swim.
