Magna Vista is located in the prestigious Grand View Residences (GVR) resort, on the coast, in the quiet Piscadera Bay area. Just 10 minutes drive from the airport and 5 minutes from Willemstad. In GVR, there are plenty of parking spaces in front of the apartment and the entire complex is safe and secure with 24/7 security. It is located on the 3rd floor with elevator access. It has 2 bedrooms each with en-suite bathroom, and full air conditioning in all rooms. The entire apartment features high ceilings with large sliding doors. By opening these, you can connect the indoor spaces to the outdoor area, offering breathtaking panoramic views of the Caribbean Sea. You only need to bring your own clothes! The apartment is fully equipped with ample bedding, soap, shampoo, bath towels, beach towels, snorkels, fins, cool boxes, and much more. This gated resort features a large swimming pool, fitness room, mini-golf, gardens, and is within walking distance of 3 beaches and lovely restaurants. The Kitchen The kitchen is fully equipped with an American fridge, dishwasher, air fryer, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, milk frother, toaster, blender, and much more. You can easily prepare a delicious meal or the finest cocktails. Master Bedroom This room features a king-size box spring bed, 180cm wide, with high, thick, comfortable mattresses and fresh cotton bedlinen. Adjacent to the room is a walk-in closet and an en suite bathroom with double sinks, hair dryer, a toilet, and a walk-in shower. Second Bedroom This room has a queen-size box spring bed, 160cm wide, which can also be used as two single beds. The mattresses are of high quality. This bedroom has its own bathroom with a toilet, sink, and a walk-in shower. Living Room The living room has armchairs and large comfortable 4-person sofa with big soft cushions. High sliding doors open out on to the balcony/dining area to give you that outdoor living experience. It has a large flatscreen TV with internet connection and streaming channels. Guest access The apartment is completely yours with full access to the entire resort. Other things to note ✔️ Water and electricity are not included. You only pay for what you use and pay the cost price. Expect on average between $45 - $90 per week, based on 3 people sharing. Water costs $8,50 per m3. Electricity costs $0,45 ct per kWh. ✔️ HOW IT WORKS: During check-in you leave a cash deposit of US$300 with our property manager and note the meter readings together. At check-out, the deposit is fully refunded, minus the amount for water and electricity. The reason for this is to encourage "normal use" of electricity. "Normal use" simply means not leaving the airco on unnecessarily during daytime. ✔️ We know an experienced tour guide who can arrange a personal historical tour of the island for you in small groups. He also specializes in Jewish heritage and knows many of the boat owners for catered boat trips around the island.
