Cottage on 3rd hole - Public Golf Course

Quiet country setting situated on 11 acres bordering 18 hole public golf course, in Graham, NC. Easy access to golf course via homes main gate. The space Studio with full bath w/ shower, kitchen, washer/dryer, air conditioner/heater, wifi, smart tv. Living/sleeping area has a queen sofa bed, along with accent chair and table/chairs for dining/computer. There is no separate bedroom. Kitchen has refrigerator with freezer, microwave/convection oven combo, 2 slice toaster, infrared 2 burner hot plate, keurig and a 2 cup coffee maker. The property is country setting, located on the 3rd hole of the Public golf course. Main gate that leads to the golf course and is easily walked. Due to the size of the cottage maximum occupancy is not to exceed 2 adults. No intoxication on property. No late checkins after 9PM, unless pre-approved. Guest access Guest access is around the cottage, to and from golf course. Park in front on driveway by main house nearest cottage or in front of the detached garage. Other things to note We have 2 dogs that are in the main house, away from the cottage, there are times when they are outside. For extended stays we do not offer cleaning while the cottage is occupied. However, if you need linens, towels to be washed, just let us know and we will gladly wash/dry and return them. Trash can be bagged and left on the chair on the porch. If you require anything else, please let us know.
