Bright two-story house with terrace located in the center of Venosa, just a few steps from the Castle and the old town, in the wine district of Aglianico del Vùlture. The area is full of historical, archeological and natural wonders. Centrally located to discover Basilicata and Puglia regions. Available for short or long-term stays. The space Two-story house newly renovated with 65 square meters (just under 700 square feet). On the first floor there is a living room with a pull out bed, a bathroom with a shower and the kitchen. Both spaces have a small balcony. On the second floor there is a king size bedroom and the bathroom with shower. Both the rooms have access to the terrace. Everything is set in a simple, elegant, and contemporary style. Each room is comfortably furnished. The kitchen is fully equipped: gas stove, cutlery, dinner plates ,knives, oven, fridge, moka, and basic ingredients for cooking ( e.v.o., salt, spices,...). Here you can also find the washing machine for your laundry. The first floor is accessible by a local stone staircase, dating back to the early decades of the 20th century. Each step has its own character and its height! The 2nd floor is reached by a wood-clad staircase that preserves the original construction measures. It's a short walk but, if you're tall, be careful with your head! Other things to note – Tourist Tax As required by the Municipality of Venosa, a tourist tax of €2.00 per person per night applies. The payment must be made via bank transfer to an IBAN, which will be provided at check-in. A receipt will be issued, and the full amount will be transferred to the Municipality of Venosa, in accordance with local regulations.
