Close to skiing in the winter with a 20 minute drive to Gunstock! Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Two living rooms plus a finished basement with pool table and wet bar. .... The space Top Floor - Living room, Kitchen, primary bedroom and bathroom, and half bath Middle Floor - 3 bedrooms, bathroom, laundry, 2nd living room and kitchenette Lower Level - Pool table, wet bar, game table, and seating area Items that are available to use include: - 2 pack and plays with sheets - 2 Sound Machines - 1 Highchair - 2 Baby Monitors (sound only) - Boardgames - Legos, Magna-Tiles, and other kids toys Guest access This is our second home and we use it often so it is fully stocked with everything you could want. Kitchen is fully loaded with All-Clad cookware, Wustof knives and any other item you might need. We have 3 young children and use this house often. Guests have access to the entire house and property except for a closet and utility rooms. Note: During the summer there will likely be the owners boat docked on one side of the dock.
