This house is managed by Sara, a full-time Superhost who is available 24/7 for absolutely anything you need. Pictures just taken in March 2019.*** This house is approximately 945 square feet and is perfect for a short or long work trip, couples trip, or small family getaway. All the basic comforts are provided plus many extras. Central A/C and heating, smart TV in living room and master bedroom with Sling TV provided and other apps available. Spacious front and back yard with lots of greenery. Things to note: -no parking included and will tend to be a little crowded. Street parking is free and often available right in front of the house or nearby. You won’t be circling the block forever trying to find a spot, but you might need to go just one street over on occasion. -we are looking for the perfect outdoor furniture for the backyard, but currently don't have any yet. Guest access Guests have full and private access to the entire inside and outside of the home as shown in pictures. Other things to note Please note there is no luggage storage before check-in or after check-out. If you'd like early check-in, make sure to request it in advance. In most cases we cannot offer it, but we will be happy to let you know in case it is possible (though we may not be able to let you know either way until the morning of check-in in many cases). It is EXTREMELY rare that we can offer late checkout, but if you request it in advance as well we will let you know if it's possible. Requests the morning of for late checkout are not possible due to the need to schedule our cleaners in advance. Guests are responsible to check for personal items before check-out. Lost items can be arranged to be picked up in Santa Monica or Culver City; we do not mail forgotten items. Registration Details HSR19-003970
