La Casa sul Rijeka

Surrounded by the woods, a stone's throw from the 'enchanting park of the Piave and the heart of the Prosecco hills, the “Casa sul Fiume” (River House) is the ideal solution to reconcile love of nature and comfort. In a family home with a simple and comfortable style, you can let yourself be lulled by the song of the water flowing and enjoy the rustling of the foliage of the trees that surround you. The space The apartment is set at the second floor of a single house located at the end of a private road (therefore without car passage). You can reach the apartment from a private entrance leading to a small veranda. The flat consist of an entrance hall; large corner living/dining room, with a fireplace, large windows and a livable terrace; equipped kitchen with dining table; bathroom with shower; a double bedroom with a large terrace; and a twin bedroom. Living and sleeping areas are separated by a small hallway. The house is surrounded by a large outdoor area, where a table and a barbecue can be used, again respecting the two tenants present. A covered parking space is available. Pets are welcome, as long as they are polite and well-disposed toward people and other animals (in particular, a small dog and a cat who inhabit, with their humans owners, the apartment below and the courtyard). Guest access The guests have access to the whole appartment (only one room not listed above will stay locked), and share the front yard with the two tenants who live at the ground floor. Other things to note - The River House is not a hotel or a resort, it is a family home, with its own personality and a few years on its shoulders. - Towels and linens are provided. - The kitchen is fully equipped, and upon arrival you will find a basic supply of coffee, tea, sugar, salt, oil - The kitchen is equipped with a water purifier.
