Along the Lend Canal, the lake can be reached in just 10 minutes by bike. Klagenfurt city centre is just 1 km away and almost all sights are within walking distance. The space The high-quality furnished apartment with approx. 12 m2 was added to an existing villa in 2023. It has a bedroom with a 90 cm bed and a bathroom with shower and toilet. Solid outer walls, heat-insulating 3-fold glazed windows and high-quality air conditioning ensure a pleasant indoor climate even in midsummer. The apartment is technically state-of-the-art - dimmable LED lighting, coded doors, Wi-Fi and flat screen TV with various streaming services.
