The studio is located in the flourishing Botanico district of La Paz. It is very quiet with fantastic views of the Pico and the sea. You will stay on the garden side with unobstructed views in a bright and sunny 30 sqm studio. The balcony invites you to chill, eat and drink with sun until sunset. The highlight is the direct and unmistakable  view of the Pico (highest mountain in Spain) and the sea of lights on the mountain, which you can enjoy from the bed in the evening thanks to the glass sliding door. The space The apartment consists of a bright room and the bathroom. The kitchen is visually separated by a round arch. The balcony runs across the entire width of the apartment and is the centerpiece of the apartment. You have a magnificent view of Pico del Teide – beautiful at any time of the day and year! The apartment offers you everything you need for a pleasant stay and is lovingly designed and furnished. Guest access You can, of course, use the entire apartment as well as the balcony. The garden is a communal garden, and if you want, you are of course welcome to use it.
