A tranquil oceanfront escape for couples and solo adventurers... Ours is a unique community with quaint freehold condo cottages on a vast tract of oceanfront land. Wake-up in bed to a lovely view of a luscious green landscape that melds with the emerald green and blue ocean, sip a hot cup of coffee on the porch, enjoy a sunset cocktail by the ocean front pool, break a sweat in a friendly game of tennis, or take a blanket out to the lawn under the palm trees for breathtaking star gazing. The space OUR GUEST SUITE Ours is an entirely self-contained space with a private entry, private bedroom, private bathroom, en suite kitchen amenities, and on-site laundry facilities. Our Guest Suite does NOT have access to the rest of our home. (The room has a view to the ocean, and the pool is a hop-skip-jump away.) THE BEDROOM Private bedroom with private en suite bathroom, private entry, and a private porch space. The room and porch look out over a palm tree speckled landscape to the beautiful Caribbean Sea. Queen bed with pillow top, 4 pillows, linen, a duvet, and an extra blanket. If you’re staying for longer than 14 days, we will change the linen on the 9th day. A/C which is set at a refreshingly chilled setting upon arrival. Guests are provided with a remote which they can use to tailor the room temperature to their liking. A dining and/or laptop nook. Clothes hangers including skirt & pant hangers. THE OFFICE WORKSPACE The guest suite includes a bar-type office work space with super comfy stools, hi speed wifi, and a surge protector. EN SUITE KITCHEN AMENITIES Mini fridge, microwave, Keurig coffee pot, purified water dispenser, dishware, glassware, cups, flatware, bowls, bottle opener, can opener, cutting board, knife, etc. A selection of coffee pods, tea pods, hot chocolate, sugar, artificial sweetener, creamer, salt & pepper. Starter Snack Kit: Microwaveable popcorn, oatmeal, fruit cups, peanuts, granola bars, snack chips, and cookies. Cold Bottled water in fridge to greet you. Dishwashing liquid, dishtowel, dishcloth, food storage containers, Saran Wrap, foil paper, sandwich zip log bags, and paper towels. EN SUITE BATHROOM Hair dryer, bath towels, face cloths. Liquid hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, bath soap, hand/body cream, toilet paper. (Plus a basket full of toiletries including suntan lotion, after sun gel, razors, shaving cream, mosquito repellent, shower cap, etc. - please note that the contents of this basket do change-up.) Iron, ironing board, folding clothes dryer for your beach towels. PRIVATE PORCH AREA Private entry to the guest suite is accessed from the porch. The porch is shared but the porch area for guests is separate and only for guest use. Gorgeous view of the ocean. 2 chairs and coffee table. Plants. Candles and lighter. PARKING 1 free parking spot located within a few steps of Guestroom. Please refer to our Driving and Parking Directions for the location of your parking space. INDOOR ENTERTAINMENT Free WiFi. A smart television offering Netflix, YouTube, Amazon (for guests with their own Amazon accounts), or airplay from your device. Yoga mats which can be used for outdoor exercising or for nighttime stargazing. Picnic Basket, reusable plastic dishes, glasses & cutlery, tea towel & table cloth for your day trips. LAUNDRY FACILITIES Laundry room located in a separate nearby cottage. Wash loads: $2.00 KYD / Dry loads: $1.50 KYD (quarters required Laundry detergent and fabric softener sheets for two loads. Laundry basket in room. SECURITY A safe, with a code you will set, for your valuables. Our home is protected with security lights and a camera system – while we do have cameras to capture potential intruders, they have been situated so as to provide our guests with privacy (no cameras in the guest space itself). Guest room entry door is secured with a heavy duty security hinge which can be locked from inside. ENTRY Entry to our Guestroom is self-serve. Once you book, we will forward driving directions, parking directions, and entry directions. Guest access Guests have access to the grounds, the pool, tennis court and a private porch area. Our guest space is entirely private and does NOT have access to the rest of our home. If you seek privacy, ours is the guest room for you. Other things to note Our guest room comfortably fits a maximum of two adults (minimum age requirement: 25 years old). We will accommodate individuals younger than 25 if escorted by an adult, or if a younger adventurers reach out to us with a request. Unfortunately, our guest suite is not suited to young children. We love our 4-legged friends, but unfortunately our allergies do not - no pets please, including emotional support animals. Service animals, of course, are permitted, but we do need a heads-up. No smoking - not even on the porch or anywhere near the condo. If guests do smoke in our space, we will levy a deep cleaning fee through AirBnB. No events, parties, loud music, or loud noise - ours is a quiet community.
