Simon House is a fully renovated apartment located in the quiet and delightful Cotswold village of Avening. There is a local pub within walking distance, great walking and cycling plus close proximity to many local towns. Stylishly decorated throughout the property can sleep 4 with 1 king sized bedroom and a luxurious double sofa bed in the living area. PLEASE note the sofa bed is available on request & there is a small additional charge per night. There is also a bike store area for cyclists! The space Simon House welcomes you with a bright, beautifully styled open-plan living area offering lovely views over the village and open sky. Unwind on the cozy sofa or two elegant armchairs in front of the modern Smart TV (complete with Netflix and Sky Entertainment). The space flows into a dining area for four and a fully equipped kitchen featuring all mod cons—perfect for a relaxing morning or cooking after a day of sightseeing. There is also a breakfast bar that doubles as a dedicated laptop workspace. Upstairs, the bright and spacious bedroom features a generous king-size bed dressed in hotel-quality crisp cotton sheets, with fluffy towels and complimentary toiletries provided. A modern shower room serves the property. For flexible sleeping arrangements, the living room sofa converts into a comfortable bed for two guests (please request this when booking so we can prepare your bedding). Downstairs, the entrance hall provides convenient, secure storage space for two adult bicycles. The property has free on street parking. Please no smoking or vaping is permitted throughout the property. Please no pets are allowed at this property. Cot & high chair available if requested for additional £15 per item or £25 for both. (Please note, no linen is supplied with the travel cot). Check in time is from 3pm but we will try to let you get into the apartment sooner, if requested. It just depends if we have guests staying the night before. Check out is 10am, so we can get the property ready for our next guests. Our property is ideal for corporate mid to long-term stays, offering a comfortable and convenient base.
