This newly remodeled two bedroom, one bath, open-concept home is perfect for your family or work assignments bringing you to the area. The space Echo, Oregon is centrally located between the larger local towns with quick access to Hermiston, Pendleton, and Boardman, Oregon. Stay here, away from the hustle and bustle of town during large local events including Farm City Pro Rodeo, Whiskey Fest, and the Pendleton Round Up. If you're visiting for your children's sports, skip fighting over parking and walk to the school gym! In your free time, walk to the two local wineries - Echo Ridge and Sno Road - to enjoy the wines from local grapes or enjoy a round of golf at the Echo Hills Golf Course. This home is fully equipped with all the necessities. A full kitchen with new appliances stocked with all the essential tools for baking and cooking. Enjoy the quiet of small town living while BBQing dinner on the back deck. Each bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, dresser, and closet with hangers. One more person can sleep on the couch. Move the back cushions off the couch for large sleeping area. The dining room is perfect for enjoying your meal. Extend the table to make room for dinner and a desk space. Guest access Guests will have access to the main home. Guests will not have access to the down stairs or garage. The hallway closet will remain locked during the entirety of your stay. Please contact the host if additional storage space is necessary during your stay. Other things to note 1. Absolutely NO smoking marijuana, cigarettes, e-cigarettes, or any recreational drug use in the home. Cleaning fees will be applied for remaining odors and stains. 2. Do not rearrange any furniture. 3. NO pets. 4. Absolutely no more than 5 guests can stay overnight. Extra guests can be added to your stay for an additional cost, however, we ask that you reach out to the hosts before booking to ensure that we can accommodate your stay. 5. Small celebrations and dinners are permitted. We would ask that if any small gatherings are anticipated, to please notify the hosts at the time of booking. Parties and events will not be permitted. 6. No candles. 7. Cleaning fees will be added for messes, stains, or otherwise requiring excessive cleanup. 8. Please expect train noise. Earplugs are provided in the bathroom and a fan is located in the bedroom closet. 9. No washer or dryer. A list of local laundry mats is available in the house manual.
