The kitchen features a large oven and gas stovetop, large fridge/freezer with filtered water outlet, new Breville espresso machine/grinder and everything you need to cook up a storm. You are welcome to use pantry staples and replace what is used. The dining table seats 8 and the upstairs lounge suite is also generous. The outdoor area features a large outdoor seated area, large Weber BBQ and a large dining suite in the pool cabana. There is lighting above and around the pool you can turn on in the evening for lovely effect. All the rooms have wardrobes - the master has a walk in wardrobe and ensuite. The master has access onto the outdoor area. The two other bedrooms have beautiful outlooks across the trees towards the setting sun in the evening.
