The Snug

Welcome to The Snug! First enjoy the beautiful drive to the Northumberland Strait. Then relax in our guest house above the garage ... a private and cozy space with ocean views and access ... a wonderful place to disconnect, unwind and breathe in the fresh salt air ... & SWIM! We will welcome you and share our knowledge of the area - 15 mins to Murray Corner, 30 mins to Shediac, PEI and Nova Scotia .... Discover wineries, bistros, artisans, hiking/biking trails, unique shops, golf courses. The space The Snug is an amazing, newly finished guest house full of ambiance, antiques and Atlantic inspiration. An open concept filled with sunlight, warm breezes and bird songs. From your balcony or the beach, don't miss the sunrise (or moonrise) out over the ocean! For beautiful sunset views check out Murray Beach Provincial Park where you can drive right to their beach, walk the sandy shores and catch the sun going down. Guest access Enjoy exploring wide open spaces, nearby small villages/towns & beautiful Atlantic scenery. Parking is not a familiar word in Johnston Point :). Other things to note For your convenience and comfort the Snug's kitchenette includes sink, 2 bar fridges, countertop oven (fits 12" pizza), microwave, electric hotplate (3 burners), Keurig, kettle, all bakeware, dishware & utensils. Oh - and a milkshake blender :)! There are also books, TV, DVD player, movies & board games. For the beach, we have beach towels, mats and beach chairs. Feel free to bring water shoes to safely go over any rocks/shells.
