Immersed in the green heart of the mountains of Lake Maggiore and within the "Sorti Alpaca" farm, which breeds alpacas, this carefully renovated former stable is an oasis of peace and tranquility. Its stone walls and rustic atmosphere will immerse you in the history of the place. You can walk along the paths, enjoy relaxation and unspoiled nature and have an unforgettable experience in contact with these special animals. The space The property is located within the Farm - Sorti Alpaca - which deals with Breeding, Fiber Products and Trekking with Alpacas. ROOMS You will have a double bed at your disposal in Castello, which can accommodate up to 4 people You can have the addition of a cot for small children. From the terrace you will have a beautiful view of the garden, grazing animals and the surrounding mountains. You will find included: Single bed linen Extra pillows and blanket Wardrobe Free WiFi throughout the property. BATHROOM The bathroom (independent) has a shower stall, toilet, bidet and sink. You will find included: A set of towels for each guest Shower mat Toilet paper Neutral soap and bath foam Hairdryer and electric heater KITCHEN You will have a SEPARATE KITCHEN at your disposal. Inside the kitchen you will find all the accessories for cooking and numerous dishes. Moka pot for Italian coffee. Blender Oven Microwave Refrigerator Freezer Coffee, tea, sugar, salt and oil are provided. Other foods and consumables are NOT present. You will have free access to the charcoal barbecue area, with availability of accessories for grilling (Extra Charcoal). CLEANING and LINEN The accommodation is provided clean, complete with bedding and bath linens. Household cleaning accessories are provided. (Extra cleaning and linen change service available). Garbage must be thrown into the appropriate spaces, respecting the separate collection. The staff will take care of the disposal. HEATING and FIREPLACE You can turn on the pellet fireplace at any time. Central heating is available from October to March. ALPACA You will be in the company of wonderful alpacas, which will graze freely in the meadows surrounding the property from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (weather permitting). PETS Pets are welcome. Pets must be kept on a leash in the spaces outside the property. Inside the property, the owner is responsible for any damage to property or people. It is mandatory to collect the excrement produced even in the external areas. Pets are not allowed to sleep in beds intended for people. CHECK-IN and CHECK-OUT We appreciate receiving advance notice of your approximate check-in time. Check-in is possible from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Check-out is by 11:00 a.m. Any check-ins after hours will only be accepted if previously communicated.
