Compose a tune on the piano, soak in the hot tub, swim laps, take an infared sauna pool-side, read a book in the “lodge” that was featured in the LA Times, sit in the large gated lush garden under the beautiful shade of the ancient Chinese elm. The house is on ¼ acre of beautifully designed indoor and outdoor space.   The home features a pool (including outdoor bathroom and shower) designed by Dekor in Atwater, Hermes wallpaper throughout and Business & Pleasure garden furniture and many other designer finishes. Original windows throughout, wood floors, custom tile and newly renovated kitchen.   Walking distance to many shops and restaurants including Blair’s restaurant, Broome St, The Raven Spa, Forage, Edendale, Gelson’s, Trader Joes and the Silverlake Resevoir, the only walking path of it’s kind in Los Angeles.     3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms plus additional outdoor shower and bathroom   As featured in LA times.   Interested in booking quiet minded guests for a relaxing and peaceful stay.   Absolutely NO PARTIES allowed.   If your group plans on late night partying, that sounds fun, but we are sorry to say this isn’t the place for you.   No pets.   There is a small studio unit that is sometimes occupied that is a separate, private, self-contained apartment with separate private gate and entrance. You will not see them except for coming and going on the street.   Guest Privacy Guests are guaranteed 100% PRIVATE use of the areas in the house as listed: Large gated yard, kitchen, lodge, dining room, 3 bathrooms, Pool, second pool kitchen, TV room, hot tub, sauna, outdoor shower. At ALL times, the hosts honor and respect the guests privacy. The guests enjoyment and free use of the home is never compromised.   Cleaning available upon request.   Washer and Dryer available in the basement.   Nest Central air and heat.   Sleeps 6 Guest access The whole house is yours with the exception of the upstairs storage area and an inlaw apartment with it's own entrance so you'll never see the quiet tenant who lives there.
