Both sliders open up to the incredible deck to give you the feel of a lani. The primary bedroom offers a king bed with an attached bath with a walk in shower & toilet with bidet. The guest bedroom has a queen bed and the hall bath offers a beautiful walk in shower. Enjoy a day of wine tasting with multiple local wineries within a five mile radius. One designated parking spot in included, plus free off street parking. The condo complex offers a large pool with ocean view. Open from Memorial Day to October 1. Please call the office to make arrangements for key pick-up after 5:00 CHECK-OUT: Check-out time is 10:00 AM at the Cheshire office. Please return all keys/passes/remotes to the Cheshire Rio office. (There is a $25.00 per quarter-hour charge for check-outs after 10:00 AM. On back to back reservations) ALL UNITS ARE NON SMOKING; If you must smoke, please do so outside with the doors and windows closed. Smoking in the properties, or evidence of smoke in the properties will result in forfeiture of your deposit. NO PETS ALLOWED, except in designated properties. Violation of the pet rules may result in forfeiture of your deposit. WIFI, CABLE, PGE RECEPTION IS NOT GUARENTEED BY CHESHIRE RIO REALTY. Refunds are not normally given if these services are interrupted during your stay by the service provider. CLEANING: All of our homes are professionally cleaned prior to your arrival. Should you feel the home needs more cleaning upon arrival, please call us immediately and we will do our best to send housekeeping back in. TRASH: All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle outside upon departure. Excessive trash can result in charges to your deposit. Please call office for removal of excess trash. We offer extra trash pickup on Saturdays from Memorial Day to Labor Day only. Parking: 200 block of Beach Dr. has off street parking only----Homes in gated communities require parking permits or gate passes WHAT TO BRING: We supply 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, dishwasher tabs, a sponge, hand soap, cleaning supplies, and trash bags. Please note this is only a starter pack of supplies, if you are staying more than a weekend I would recommend bringing extra. Please bring --- food storage bags, foil, laundry products, charcoal, firewood, condiments, spices, beach gear and beach towels. RENTAL RATES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITH A 30 DAY NOTICE. ADDITIONALLY, OWNER RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CANCEL WITH A 60 DAY NOTICE. CHARGES MAY BE LEVIED FOR OVER OCCUPANCY OF PROPERTY (PARTIES, LARGE GATHERINGS ETC) SANTA CRUZ COUNTY NOISE ORDINANCE:---Tenant and all other occupants may be required to VACATE the premises and FORFEIT all rents and deposit for: Using the unit for any illegal activity including but not limited to serving alcoholic beverages to persons under 21 years of age. Having more than the allowed number of persons occupy the property than is allowed per the occupancy agreement. Causing damage to premises or any neighboring property. Any act which interferes with neighbor's right to QUIET enjoyment of their property. County code sect: 8.30.010-mandates quiet hours between 10pm to 8am _______________________________________________________________ The undersigned, an adult 21 years or older, as representative of him/herself and all the occupants, hereby agrees that no more than 10 persons will occupy the above referenced property address. The undersigned and all occupants agree to rent the above premises at their own risk, thereby releasing Cheshire Rio Realty and its agents from all liability, claims or actions resultant from the tenancy. This risk includes physical and emotional personal injury, death, and property damages while occupying the rental premises, or any building, structure, street or sidewalk appurtenant thereto or equipment or facilities thereon. The undersigned further agrees to accept liability for any damages, breakage, stains, or cost incurred for these repairs. These damages or repairs are not limited to the security deposit . Should said damages and repairs exceed this amount, the undersigned agrees to accept full responsibility for all cost incurred. The agreement is binding for all the members and guests in tenancy with and represented by the undersigned. A copy of this agreement should be printed out for your records. Legal notices: Cheshire does not own any rental property and undertakes to act only as agent for the owner. Cheshire cannot and does not assume any liability for loss, damage or injury to persons or property or any inconvenience arising from the rental. Cheshire does not act as insurer and is not liable for any loss, damage or inconvenience if the reserved accommodation is destroyed, damaged or sold. If owner furnishes outside help such as cleaners, gardeners, maintenance or other help, Cheshire assumes no liability of any kind for their performance or non-performance of duties or any acts or omissions on their part. Tenant agrees to inform Cheshire of any loss or damage which may occur to the property and agrees to be responsible for the inventory of all items which may be broken, damaged or missing and for all debts or charges incurred during occupancy, That the number of occupants shall not exceed the number of persons allowed per the occupancy agreement AND agree to occupy the property peacefully and abide by customary standards of acceptable behavior and to leave the property in good order at the end of their stay and acknowledges that the landlord of property, upon request will receive tenants phone numbers and address.
