Come and relax in this charming, quiet and elegant apartment on the ground floor of a house. Close to amenities, it can serve as a starting point for visiting the region (Honfleur / Étretat/ Le Havre 30 minutes away, Rouen and Veules-Les-Roses 50 minutes away) or for a business trip. Free parking in the private courtyard of the accommodation. Located 5 minutes from the A29 highway, 10 minutes from Bréauté-Beuzeville train station, and 2 hours from Paris. The space With a surface area of 36m2, the accommodation is composed of: - a main room with fitted kitchen with a refrigerator, hobs, a Senseo coffee maker with a few pods, tea... A BZ sofa is in this room, serving as an extra bed if necessary (sheets included, bed prepared on request), a TV (with TV box). There is also a dedicated workspace, with a desk and wifi (fiber) - a spacious room (with comfortable bedding and linens included) - a bathroom with separate toilet (towels are available), a washing machine is also available. Outside the home, you'll be able to safely park your vehicle, right next to the home, off the street. No equipped place outside, but a children's park is located about 50m away (see photo) Note that Bolbec is not a tourist town (except for its glorious past in the textile industry), but is a good base for some very friendly destinations. And closer, 5 minutes by car, is the Abbey of Valasse, with its green park, allowing you to walk peacefully in a green setting, and to stop for a break at the tea room located on site. The apartment is located on the ground floor of a pavilion. The entrance door is shared, but the accommodation is independent (with its own lock) Other things to note The delivery of the keys is usually done by hand at the time that is agreed in advance during our exchanges by message or phone. In the case of late arrivals, or if you prefer a self check-in, a secure lockbox is also available on site (but hand delivery is of course preferred 🙂) To return the keys, it is usually enough to leave the keys in the mailbox of the accommodation at the end of the stay (a message reminding you of some instructions is sent the day before departure) Registration Details 761140574435
