Come and relax in this charming, quiet and elegant apartment on the ground floor of a house. Close to amenities, it can serve as a starting point for visiting the region (Honfleur / Étretat/ Le Havre 30 minutes away, Rouen and Veules-Les-Roses 50 minutes away) or for a business trip. Free parking in the private courtyard of the accommodation. Located 5 minutes from the A29 highway, 10 minutes from Bréauté-Beuzeville train station, and 2 hours from Paris. The space With an area of 36 m2, the accommodation is composed of: - a main room with fitted kitchen with fridge, stove, Senseo coffee maker with a few pods, tea... A sofa bed is in this room, serving as an extra bed if needed (sheets included, bed prepared on request), a TV (with TV box). There is also a dedicated workspace, with a desk and Wi-Fi (fiber) connection - a spacious bedroom (with comfortable bedding and sheets included) - a bathroom with separate toilet (towels are available), a washing machine is also available. Outside the accommodation, you can safely park your vehicle, right next to the accommodation, away from the street. No place equipped outside, but a children's park is located about 50 m away (see photo) Note that Bolbec is not a tourist town (with the exception of its glorious past in the textile industry), but is a good base to some very nice destinations. And closer, 5 minutes by car, is the Abbey of Valasse, with its green park, allowing you to stroll peacefully in a green setting, and stop for a break at the tea room located on site. (see photos) 10 minutes by car is the town of Lillebonne (former Roman city named Juliobona), where you can find the remains of a Roman theater (see opening hours on the Juliobona Museum website) Guest access Once you enter the courtyard of the accommodation, you will be able to park your vehicle there. The apartment is located on the ground floor of a pavilion. The entrance door is shared, but the accommodation is independent (with its own lock) Other things to note The delivery of the keys is usually done by hand at the time that is agreed in advance during our exchanges by message or phone.
