Enjoy the large year round hot tub on the deck, perfect after a long day on the ATV/Snowmobile trails located a 1/4 mile away. Summer is right around the corner to enjoy 130 ft. of lakeshore with two docks to park the toys. Also, a canoe & couple kayak, is available to use for fun on the lake. The space The Master has a Queen bed and sofa with a tv. Bedrooms 2 & 3 have two queens in each room. The master and bedroom 2nd are on the main upper floor and the 3rd is on the lower entry level. The upper level has a open area with living room, kitchen, dinning area and a desk. The lower level has a large family room with drink refrigerator and 55” tv for this movie nights. Both upper and lower living areas have lake views. Also on the lower level you have your washer and dryer Lake side you have a large deck with a 6 person hot tub over looking the lake The property has plenty of space for those yard game. Also large fire pit for those cool evening and marshmallow roasts. Guest access Easy access. In summer the drive way can hold at least 6 cars
