We designed our cottage as a place to find rest, peace and restoration. Your cozy retreat awaits at Lake Loramie next to the state park. Start your mornings sipping coffee or tea outside and then take a walk around the picturesque lake or find your own fishing spot. Kayaks are available to rent nearby. Relax in the hammocks or sit around a campfire. In the colder season, cozy up to the electric fireplace, work on a puzzle, play games, read or watch a movie. We hope you find restoration here. The space Our little cottage is designed for cozy comfort. The kitchen is the largest room with plenty of space for cooking needs. We made the most out of the space in the tiny bedrooms to help you feel relaxed and get a good night’s sleep. We have bikes, hammocks and games for your enjoyment. Take just a short walk from the house and you’ll find beautiful water views. Guest access Entire home and yard. Other things to note We want guests to truly be informed when choosing our lovely cottage! Setting realistic expectations is the foundation of a great experience for both guests and hosts! We like to be proactive to avoid any misunderstandings. Here's a few things for you to know. 1. This cottage is only a couple of houses away from the water on 2 sides and a short walk down the street to the dock, boat ramp and park, but it is not waterfront. 2. The main bedroom has a full bed and the second bedroom has a twin bed and twin trundle that pulls out under it. Although the cottage sleeps 4, some adults may not be comfortable on the bottom trundle. See the pictures for more reference. 3. This is a QUIET community and parties or large groups are not allowed. Quiet time is 9 p.m. to 8 a.m. 4. There is no smoking/vaping of any kind in the house or on the property and no pets.
