Master Bedroom: King Bed Bedroom 2: Queen Bed Bedroom 3: Two Twin Beds (trundle bed; shared space with sliding door divider to Bedroom 2) OUTDOOR LIVING: Covered front porch, porch swing, bench, private deck, dining table, patio swing, koi pond, Outdoor Firepit complete with everything you need, wood, starter log, striker, gloves, poker, and marshmallow sticks (marshmallows are in kitchen) available for guest use. INDOOR LIVING: 6-person dining table, ceiling fans, central heat/air, vaulted ceilings, satellite radio, and stone fireplace to be used ONLY with included candles. No indoor fires allowed! (Please enjoy our outdoor fire pit, instead. Firewood and firestarters available for an additional fee.) KITCHEN: Fully equipped w/ cooking, baking, and serving basics plus spices, microwave, dishwasher, drip coffee maker with regular and decaf, sugar, sweet n low, honey with a selection of tea, breakfast bar w/ seating for two GENERAL: Complimentary toiletries, cleaning essentials, towels/linens, air conditioning PARKING: Driveway and covered carport parking (car) behind the house PETS: YES, well-behaved dogs are allowed! You are financially responsible for any damages that occur during your stay. NOTE: NO Wi-fi! NO tv! (but there is excellent cell phone service) Guest access The owners live just next door, so they are readily available if you require any assistance. Both homes on the 11-acre property were built in 1976 by the owner who has also taken great care over the last two years to completely renovate this space; they are excited to share it with you! You can arrive anytime after 3:00pm on the first day of your stay- there is a lockbox with key, and the code will be sent prior to your arrival. Other things to note FAQ: 1. Well-behaved DOGS WELCOME with prior notice. There is no pet fee, but you will be financially responsible for any damages to the property, and you must let us know about your dog(s) before you bring them onto the property. NO CATS. Thanks for your understanding! 2. Koi fish are present on-site in the pond at the front of the house. You are responsible for feeding them while staying on site. Directions are in the 3-ring-binder House Manual. {You can opt out of feeding} 3. Downtown Helen is 12 miles away. It is an 18-minute drive on two-lane roads with only a couple of signals.
