Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home! Other things to note This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the house. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time. The standard price per night for 6 people is on the basis of 3 beds being in use. Should you require any additional beds, we can provide these for an additional one-off charge of £25. Cleaning fee assumes one week stay. Requests for additional cleaning for longer stays can be accommodated for an extra fee. You must acknowledge: The balustrades are lower than the current standards and care should be taken when used. The stairs are original Victorian stairs which are steeper than current standards and that it is potentially unsuitable for children and senior citizens and those with mobility issues. Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking or vaping on the property (including outside areas to the front and rear of the property). If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
