The main bathroom upstairs has a bath tub and there is also a toilet downstairs. It also highlights an al fresco dining area. Parking on the property can fit 4 cars. Providing only the best professionally laundered linen and using disinfectant cleaning products, our trained cleaners will prepare this home to impeccable standard. We look forward to hosting you! We offer free cleaning of the property (valued at $70) during your stay to anyone who books for 7 nights, or longer, at least 28 days in advance. We allow cats and/or dogs only. Per the listing, an extra damage deposit of $250 per pet applies and only pets up to 10kg are allowed inside. Any pets over 10kg must be kept outside. Pets must stay downstairs (make use of gates on stairs) and sheet(s) provided must remain on couch(es) for protection. To help keep our prices as low as possible, we make up the beds according to the number of guests booked. If you require extra bedding, there is a small fee to cover the cost of linen.
