Alpine Chalet complete with hydro tub

Many speak of paradise, few show where it is. Located in the Avencal Valley, in an environmental protection area, approximately 4 km from the center of Urubici and 400 m from the entrance to Cachoeira do Avencal, it is possible to take a walking tour. The 2 Alpine chalet accommodates up to 4 people and features a triple bathtub, full kitchen with all utensils, bed and bath linens, internet and cable TV, on a 9-hectare property. The outdoor area has access to the river, hammocks and a fire pit. Guest access - Leaving the center of Urubici towards São Joaquim, travel approximately 1 km until you reach the lower part of Cachoeira do Avencal. - Turn RIGHT on the dirt road that has a large white sign with the name of some inns. (The total stretch of the dirt road is around 3 km) - Follow the dirt road until you reach the Casan concrete bridge, where the road forks into two paths - At the fork, take the LEFT and continue to the end of the valley, toward the Avencal Waterfall - *Our property is next to Pousada Valle do Avencal*. The chalet will be on your left *right after the wooden sign "Estância Cachoeira do Avencal"* indicating the beginning of the property.
