Any guests who are minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian for the duration of the stay. Guest access Parking: Please park in space #6. There is a parking pass in the unit for your car. Only FRONT-IN parking is allowed! Linens and towels are included with booking! Included: -Linens for each bed -Towel set for each registered guest (bath towel, hand towel, wash cloth) -A starter supply of: coffee, cooking oil, spices, paper towels, toilet paper PLEASE NOTE: We get credited to replace soiled linens and towels, so please do not dispose of any! If any linens or towels are missing you will be charged a replacement fee. Other things to note * At checkout, guests are expected to remove all trash and place bagged trash in the trash chute. * If you have dirty dishes on the morning of checkout, please load the dishwasher and start a cycle with the provided dish detergent.
