Sette cuscini is a guest house, a newly built non-hotel facility. We decided to share our house, where we have lived for many years and where our mother still lives, with those who want to stay in our town, Porto Recanati, both in summer but also in spring and autumn! Fully renovated bathrooms. All electrical and plumbing systems have been updated and adapted to accommodate guests. The space Two mini-suites are available, each consisting of a bathroom and two bedrooms: 1) Emerald mini-suite, sleeps 4, 2) Luna mini-suite, sleeps 3. We have a total of 7 beds, which is why our guest house is called 7 pillows. There are no spaces available for kitchen use, and for now, there are no TVs or refrigerators in our rooms! Guest access The guest entrance is independent, from the garden, you go up to the first floor through a staircase (no elevator). The patio and garden are available to guests. There are numerous parking lots along Via Dante Alighieri. Parking is free and, of course, unguarded. In any case, we can talk to you on the morning of your arrival to agree on the time and try to keep a place for you, occupying it with our cars and then giving it to you when you arrive! During your stay My mother lives on the ground floor of the building and is available in the event of unforeseen circumstances or if you have any needs. I'm usually always present at check-in. In the event that I am unable to welcome you, my mother will take care of it. Other things to note The property underwent energy efficiency and redevelopment in 2023. The rooms are easy to air-condition, cool in summer and warm in winter. All beds are equipped with wooden slatted bed bases! We ask our guests not to smoke in our rooms. We understand the need of those who are accustomed to doing so, but we have chosen to target guests who, like us, do not like smoking. In the double bedroom of the Smeraldo mini-suite there is a 40" HD TV. Ours is a guest house (and not a B&B), we are not authorized to provide food and drinks, so we cannot offer breakfast service. In the access landing to the mini-suites there is a kettle and coffee machine with pods, but if you want more we will be happy to point out excellent solutions to start your day in the best possible way.
