There is a deck where you can enjoy the scenery and breeze. -Rooftop garden with BBQ facilities are available as well, early booking and additional RM 50 to use the BBQ facility require by the management. - Outdoor gym at lake side (you will see it before reaching the apartment at your left) and mild hike up the hill beside Somer Square) Other things to note Our mission is to help our guests create beautiful family memories in Holmes Home. For us to do so, we would truly appreciate it if you can follow these house rules - Smoking not allowed indoors. - Allowed Light Cooking and steamboat. - Please clean up the kitchen & wash all the dishes after used - No shoes within the house. We prepare some indoor shoes for you. - Kindly maintain the house nicely and in clean condition. - Do not damage the house properties - Please do not rearrange our furniture. - No pets allowed inside. - Keep noise to a minimum after 11pm. - Please do not bring strangers into our home. - Please lock the door all the time in order to protect yourself and property. - Extra cleaning fee of RM 50-RM100 for stained comforter/bed mattress. Kid peed, vomit or diarrhea stained. - Lost house key card or keys will be charged RM 100. - Standard check in time 3pm and check out time 12.00pm (noon). - Early check in can be arranged subject to availability - Late check out RM 20 per hour - Airbnb helps us collect a security deposit. This is NOT charged during your reservation.
