Welcome to Villa Claudia, your tropical oasis for relaxation! Villa Claudia is a fully furnished, well equipped apartment with a SPECTACULAR view, perfect for couples! It is located in the Costa Bonita/ Sea Breeze condo complex. For views of the complete condo search Costa Bonita or Sea Breeze, Culebra. IMPORTANT: It is a condition for all guests to follow condominium rules. They are simple rules based on common courtesy and consideration for others. The space Fully furnished for a maximum of four guests. It has a separate bedroom with a king size bed and a sofa-bed in the living area. Amenities include air conditioner, TV, three ceiling fans, two bathroom sinks, and a tub . The kitchen includes a microwave oven, mini fridge, and chest freezer. The apartment also includes a hair dryer, iron and ironing board, a closet with hangers, a cooler, 2 beach chairs, 2 masks and snorkels and beach towels. IMPORTANT: Please remove as much sand as you can on the bathroom floor to avoid clogging the shower drawers. Guest access Villa Claudia is located in the Costa Bonita/ Sea Breeze condo, where guests are welcome to enjoy the condo's infinity pool, jacuzzi, and kiddie pool. IMPORTANT NOTE As of September 2023, the pool area is closed off due to maintenance until further notice. We apologize for any inconvenience. Other things to note IMPORTANT. PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING: 1. Please note that Culebra is a very small island meant for peaceful living and relaxation. There isn't much to do except lounging, going to the beach, and going out for dinner. 2. Culebra does not have Uber, Doordash, any fast food chains, any big supermarkets, or commercial pharmacies. Please be prepared with needed medications, transportation plans, and food accommodations. 3. To get around Culebra, guests need to rent a car or golf cart. It is very difficult to get around without secure, personal transportation. Please note that the road to the apartment has a lot of potholes. Please be careful when driving and avoid speeding. Additionally, Culebra is famously known for its unique population of deer. It is important to drive responsible since deer can appear on the road without warning. 4. For emergencies, guests can call the Culebra Police Department or directly call 911. 5. In case of an immediate medical emergency, guests need to return to Puerto Rico for medical attention. 6. Culebra is a tropical island, home to insects, bugs, ants, and mosquitoes. Please prepare accordingly and be mindful of this factor before booking. No refunds will be given out for predisposed environmental factors such as this. 7. Puerto Rico and Culebra's power grid and water systems are not the best. Unfortunately, outages are very common and frequent. They are completely out of the host's and condominium administrator's control.
