In our attempt to offer guests some autonomy over the temperature, each room is equipped with additional heaters and fans. Guests may also message us to adjust the temperature. Where reasonable, we try to accommodate guest requests. This is a completely non-smoking unit. We share ventilation so it is quickly obvious when someone is smoking inside. You can smoke outside, away from windows. Any smoking indoors will lead to immediate non-refundable termination of your booking. While we don't allow parties, we consider accommodating for small gatherings and get-togethers and usage of the backyard. However, we request that guests let us know in advance to properly prepare and avoid any issues with the neighbors or damages. Do not flush anything other than toilet paper. We have sensitive pipes that will tell on you almost immediately. You may be responsible for the cost of resolving any issues that arise that because of things other than tissue being flushed. The unit has a 3rd room that is used for storage only and stays locked during guest stays. There is a staircase leading to the upstairs unit that is only an emergency exits.
