Villa Belvedere Oceanfront Suites has two bedrooms and two baths and a kitchenette. It has unobstructed miraculous views of St. Thomas, St. Croix, and the surrounding cays. This property features an ocean side secluded private pool and patio. The perfect getaway on the best island in the Caribbean. The space The Villa Belvedere Oceanfront Suites comprise a connecting pod to the larger space, Villa Belvedere. Villa Belvedere, the main house overlooking the Caribbean was mostly blown down by hurricanes Irma and Maria in 2017. Both suites have balconies with the classic 180 degree, unobstructed million-dollar views of the Caribbean, St. Croix, St. Thomas, and the surrounding cays. The ½ acre property sits directly on the waterfront which is approximately 150 feet down from the edge of the cliff. You will enjoy the most superior ocean views on the Island of St. John because of their proximity to the rocky cliff overhanging the Caribbean. DO NOT WANDER BEYOND THE POOL IN THE BACK YARD. As long as you don’t venture beyond the pool in the backyard you will be safe. DO NOT ALLOW children under the age of 18 to wander without adult supervision outside the Master Suites. Guest access Guests can access entrance, both suites, patio, pool, barbecue grill, kitchenette, an expansive deck with bar and stools and a parking lot with two parking spaces. Other things to note We provide 4 large beach towels.
