The second bedroom is also on the ground floor and has two single beds which can be made up as a kingsize on request, it is located opposite the second bathroom which also has a shower. The third bedroom is in an amazing open plan space located in mezzanine area located above the lounge area. Along with a stunning view this area has an ensuite bathroom with corner bath. There is a high chair, stair gate and one cot at the property, just ask and they will be set up for you. (As per guidelines, no bedding will be provided for the cot) Outside there is a BBQ patio area, with 6 chairs and round table situated within the property’s fenced and gated garden, giving a nice space to enjoy views of endless trees and countryside. Guest access Once past the gate to The Barnyard, the property is all yours to enjoy. Other things to note Within walking distance of Leeds Castle. Restricted head height to access the upper mezzanine area. This area can also be made up as an upper lounge area, with its own sofa and tv. Guests can enjoy their own private garden and decking area which also has a bbq and outdoor seating area.
