The first level contains a full newly remodeled kitchen, dining area, living area, washer/dryer, and half bathroom; on the second level are two bedrooms and one full bathroom with bath/shower. The upper level contains the master bedroom and bathroom with a balcony overlooking private boat docks. The space Casa Regis is a newly remodeled villa located in the boating-oriented residential neighborhood of Isla Iguana and is the perfect place for a either a short or extended escape to the tropical warmth of Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. Guest access Guest will have access to the whole house and common swimming pool. Other things to note Maid and property management services are included in your rental. Electric is included for short term weekly rentals, on rentals of 28 days and more guest pay for consumption... meter reading is taken on the day of arrival and day of departure. CHECK IN or CHECK OUT before 9am or after 6:30pm and Sundays you will incur an additional charge of $25.00 USD (tax included) or equivalent in Mexican pesos based on the exchange rate of the peso on the date of your arrival or departure, this must be paid in cash, and collected by the concierge that does your late check in or early check out.
