Nice renovated stone house

Our beautiful stone house welcomes you in a rural, bucolic and relaxing setting. We are located in a small, quiet place, with a few neighbors. The house is close to a farm, in organic farming where you can meet some animals (cows, chickens, sheep...). The space When you come to rest in our house, you will be close to many tourist sites: Saint Emilion (30 minutes, 25 km), Sainte Foy la Grande (10 minutes, 9 km), Bergerac and its airport (35 minutes, 33 km), Bordeaux (1 hour, 70 km), Sarlat (100 minutes, 100 km), etc. A train station (Vélines) is 3 kilometers away and serves Bordeaux-Libourne-Bergerac-Sarlat (15 trains per day in each direction). This property is ideal for vacations for families or groups of friends. It offers 4 bedrooms, with 10 beds: 3 double beds and 4 single beds. A crib (and an extra travel cot) are also available. All bedding was purchased in 2023. The house includes two bathrooms and two toilets. You will have a fully equipped kitchen (microwave, coffee maker, freezer, oven, fridge, stove). We leave basic ingredients (salt, pepper, oil, sugar, spices, herbs, etc.) so that you are as comfortable as possible. You can also find dishwasher tablets, sponge, dishwashing liquid, coffee filter. A large living room will allow you to relax, including many board games. You can warm up around the pellet stove (equipped with child protection). You can enjoy many relaxation areas: children's play area, library (adult and children), foosball, billiards, darts, wooden games, TV (with Netflix, Disney, Amazon Prime, Canal +)... Outside, a children's play structure (slide and swings), a sandbox, a molkky and outdoor games are available to entertain young and old. A large terrace and barbecue are present to make you have a pleasant time. An in-ground pool was completely redone in 2023. It is open depending on the season from May-June to September. A fence and an alarm are present to ensure you are perfectly safe. Buoys and games for children are available. To facilitate your stay, you will find in the house a binder indicating all the useful information of the sector (doctor, store, restaurant, activity) with our favorites of the region, translated into several languages. A supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, doctors and gas station are within a 5-minute drive (5 km). Many activities are close to the house: canoe/kayak on the Dordogne (3 km), Lake Gurson (swimming, walking, fishing, children's games 15 km), tennis court (2 km), hiking circuit, typical local markets (including that of Sainte Foy la Grande (9 km), antique shops (2 km), many vineyards (with tasting), guinguette on the banks of the Dordogne (5 km), restaurants... Walks along the Dordogne (1 kilometer) are possible, within walking distance! In July and August, the house is rented by the week. Guest access Guests have access to the whole house, except for a closed shed.
