More info on the space: • A single family home, ENTIRE HOUSE for your private use • Located on SHARED property LOT with a SHARED driveway • Private gated driveway parking for 1 car, all additional cars will require overnight street parking (with parking permit $4/night - this is accommodated by us if needed) • Private front entrance and access • Queen size inflatable mattress available upon request • Essential bathroom amenities provided (Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Wash, Hair Dryer) • Private access to washer/dryer located in backyard • Fully fenced large yard with grass • Level 2 EV charging available upon request • No BS check-out rules Important! Smoking is NOT ALLOWED in the property, vaping ok (if needed, smoking is allowed outside in the front or back yard as long as you clean after yourself, DO NOT DISCARD cigarette butts on the sidewalk)! 2. Shoes are OFF when inside the home! Please keep bacteria from tracking inside the house. 3. If you break or damage something, please let us know immediately! So we can work with you on a solution. 4. Please treat home with respect and cleanliness like it is your own home. 5. If plumbing is clogged due to improper use (ie. When toilet is clogged trying to flush anything else except toilet paper), there will be a $250 charge for plumber visit 6. Guests agree to accept additional costs for any furniture or household items that need to be replaced due damages such as permanent stains, holes, rips, large scratches, etc. during their stay 7. Guests agree to accept any additional costs for damages caused to the property during their stay By booking a reservation with us, you and your guests are acknowledging you have read these house rules and agree to follow them. These rules are not in place to give you a hard time, they're simply in place to preserve a space where we all call home to the best of our abilities.
