Casa Olly - Amaizing beachfront sea view villa!

Welcome to Casa Olly, a seaside retreat on stunning Sirihyba beach, in Olivença. Surrounded by coconut trees on a large grassy private area , our property offers a unique and relaxing atmosphere. Enjoy enchanting views and sea breezes from our balcony and wooden decks with pool and charcoal grill. With large private parking area , a full kitchen, 3 air-conditioned bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, Casa Olly is the ideal destination for an unforgettable experience by the sea. The space The Olly house has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, one of which is the master suite, and the second bathroom in the house is like a jack an Jill suite with two access doors, one door to the yellow room and the other to the hallway that gives access to the guests staying in the blue bedroom, the third bathroom is outside of the house close to the pool. All three bedrooms have air conditioning, the master suite, the yellow room and the blue bedroom , but the only room in the house with a TV is the blue bedroom. We have 1 king size bed in the master suite, a double bed and two single beds in the yellow room and a double bed in the fish bedroom, and the sofas in this room can be used as an extra bed for 2 people. The house has a comfortable capacity with beds for 8 people and can be extended to a maximum capacity of 10 people, however these two extra people would have to sleep on extra mattresses on the sofa bed in the blue bedroom. We provide 1 bed and bath set for each guest, with 1 set of sheets, 1 blanket, pillows and 1 towel. The house has Wi-Fi available and in the master suite we have a small table with a chair for those who need a space to work. The two bathrooms are equipped with hairdryers and hot showers. The outdoor bathroom has hot shower also. The house has a full kitchen with dinnerware set, pots and pans, refrigerator, freezer, 4-burner stove with oven, electric water filter, air fryer, microwave, ironing board, iron and washing machine, we have a clothesline in the backyard and an charcoal grill. We have two wooden decks with pool and we are on a plot of over 17,000sq ft . A 15-minute drive from Ilhéus airport, the house is beachfront and is not in a gated community, it is located on Siriyba beach. Guest access Guests can use all areas of the house. Other things to note We have two gentle little dogs that have adopted our property as their home. They are extremely friendly, love children, and enjoy receiving affection from guests. They are cared for daily by our caretaker and sleep in a small annex. They require no attention from guests but will be around, adding even more warmth and charm to the environment. 😊🐶
