Villa Genova

Villa Genova is a beautiful villa a few kilometers from the sea and Palermo Airport. The recently renovated Villa is fully furnished and has all the comforts and services necessary to ensure a pleasant and relaxing vacation. The Villa sleeps 8 and has an outdoor garden. The space The Villa consists, on the ground floor, of a large living room with a double sofa bed, a kitchen complete with everything you need to cook, an outdoor area with a patio and garden, a large bathroom with a shower, a bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with two single beds. On the first floor, which is accessed via the stairs, we have two bedrooms with a single bed, a bathroom with a shower and a large terrace. The exterior consists of a garden and large parking lot that is accessed through an automatic gate. All the rooms in the Villa are equipped with air conditioning. The kitchen is fully furnished with every necessary utensil (refrigerator, cutlery, plates and glasses, pots and pans, electric kettle, toaster, juicer, coffee machine with capsules and traditional coffee machine, coffee cups and breakfast cups). The furniture includes sheets and towels. Outside there is a large garden furnished with a table, chairs, and sun loungers. The villa also has unlimited and free Wi-Fi internet, washing machine and private parking. SLEEPING ACCOMMODATIONS The house can accommodate a maximum of 8 guests, including 2 in the bedroom with a double bed, 2 in the second bedroom with two single beds, 1 in the third bedroom with a single bed, 1 in the fourth bedroom with a single bed, and 2 on the double sofa bed located in the living room. BATHROOM The house has 2 bathrooms, both with a shower and toilet. WIFI Free Wi-Fi connection. AIR CONDITIONING Air conditioning in all rooms. LINEN The furnishings include bed linen and towels (2 for each guest). WASHING MACHINE Guests will also have a washing machine that they can use at no extra cost. KITCHEN The house has a furnished kitchen complete with everything you need (utensils, refrigerator, cutlery, plates and glasses, pots and pans, electric kettle, toaster, juicer, coffee machine with capsules and traditional coffee machine, oven and microwave). PARKING The property has private indoor parking that is accessed through an automatic gate. OUTDOOR SPACE The exterior consists of a garden, outdoor dining area and ample parking.
