Peaceful lake house on Eagle Mountain Lake down the street from the Fort Worth Boat Club. The home is on a 1 acre lot and is located in a secluded cove with great views during sunset! There is a boat dock with floating patio. Three bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and sleeps 8 people. Living room has smart TV and bluetooth speakers. There is a second TV on the patio overlooking the lake! Also, enjoy a firepit with Adirondack chairs along the lake. The space Great for a relaxing week or long weekend. Easy access to the Fort Worth Boat Club and approximately 20 minutes away from the Museum District and downtown Fort Worth. There is an entry gate and a fence around the entire property, except for the lakefront. Guest access Guests will have access to the full property. Entry codes will be provided prior to arrival. Guests are not permitted to use the boat. Other things to note Quiet time after 10:00 p.m. All guests are required to sign a liability waiver. Please keep a close eye on your kids. The house has a large patio with short wall, and we are located on a lake. No pets allowed whether during only the day or overnight. Any violations of this rule will incur a $250 fee plus any associated damages.
