Our 90m2 equipped apartment is located in the Torrefiel neighborhood, in the northern area, well located to enter or leave Valencia by car comfortably. A 13-minute drive from Valencia's beaches and located very close to Alboraya, the paradise of horchata. A 25-minute walk from the historic center and with a tram stop 3 minutes away that takes you directly to Malvarrosa beach. With a capacity for 4 + 1 baby, here you will find everything you need for an unbeatable stay. The space In a building with an elevator, the house is located on the 2nd floor. As you can see in the photos, the apartment consists of the following spaces: - a living room area with a sofa, TV and dining table for 4 people - a well-equipped separate kitchen with everything you need to cook - the sleeping area is organized as follows: * 1 bedroom with 1 double bed of 180x200 * 1 bedroom with 2 single beds in 90x200 bunk beds - 1 bathroom It is a cozy space, used and oriented to provide the best stay for the guest. Guest access Guests have access to the entire property Towels and bedding are included based on the number of people in the reservation. Complimentary soap and toilet paper are included. The kitchen is equipped according to the list of services, please do not hesitate to ask us any questions. The house has air conditioning with 1 Split type device in the living room and the bedrooms have ceiling fans. The fans are operated by remote control. Each remote is visible, on the wall in its holder. The house has a Brita filter, so you don't have to carry bottles of water. Hot water works through a 100-liter electric water heater: once it is used up, just wait for the water heater to fill up again. Street parking is free, plus there is a huge esplanade 15 steps from the house, so it is free to park there and there is always room. The travel crib is always in the house, stored under the bunk bed. You have to bring your own sheets. Other things to note CHECK-IN Please note that we will need to know your exact arrival time in advance because the keys will be handed to you at the property and it requires organization. Check-in available from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM, any other time please consult us. Legal registration of travelers according to Decree 1513/1959, Decree 450/1975 and Royal Decree 933/2021. For legal reasons, we need the identification details of all travelers. This will only be requested for confirmed reservations, a few days before arrival through an online registration.
