Flat with immediate and free parking

Our well-equipped flat of 90m2 is located in the Barrio Torrefiel in Valencia, well located for easy access by car. About 13 minutes away from the beaches of Valencia and situated very close to Alboraya, the horchata paradise. 25 minutes away on foot from the historic center and with a tram stop a 3-minute walk away that leads directly to the Malvarrosa beach. With capacity to 4 + 1 baby, here you will find everything you need for an unbeatable stay. The space In a building with lift, the flat is located on the 2nd floor. As you can see in the photos, the flat consists of the following spaces: - a lounge area with sofa, TV and dining table for 4 people - the separate well-equipped kitchen, with every little thing you need to cook - the sleeping area is arranged as follows: * 1 bedroom with 1 double bed 180x200 * 1 bedroom with 2 single beds in bunk position 90x200 - 1 bathroom It is a cosy space, used and orientated to provide the best stay to the guest. Guest access Guests have full access to the property. Towels and bed linen are included according to the number of people in the reservation. Limited complimentary soap and toilet paper are included. The kitchen is equipped according to the list of services, please do not hesitate to ask any questions you may have. The flat has 1 split air-conditioning in the living room and the bedrooms have ceiling fans. The fans are operated by remote control. Each control is visible on the wall on its own bracket. The house is equipped with filter Brita, so you don't have to carry bottles of water. The hot water is supplied by an 100 litre electric boiler: once the water has been used up, you only have to wait for the boiler to fill up again. Parking on the street is available and free, and there is a huge esplanade 15 steps from the flat, so it is free to park there and there is always a parking space. The travel crib is always in the house, stored under the bunk bed. You must bring your own sheets. Other things to note CHECK-IN Please note that we will need to know in advance the specific time of your arrival because you will be given the keys at the property and it requires organization. Arrival available from 16h to 20h, for any other time please contact us before booking. Travellers legal registration according to Decree 1513/1959, Decree 450/1975 & Real Decreto 933/2021. For legal reasons, we need all travellers to provide their ID info. This will only be requested for confirmed reservations, just a few days before your arrival though an online register.
