Our 90m2 apartment is located in the Torrefiel neighborhood, in the northern part of the city, conveniently situated for easy access to and from Valencia by car. - A 13-minute drive from Valencia’s beaches - Very close to Alboraya, famous for its traditional horchata - Tram stop a 3-minute walk away, with a direct connection to Malvarrosa Beach in about 30 minutes Sleeping 4 + 1 baby, you’ll find everything you need here for an unbeatable stay. The space The apartment is located on the second floor and is accessible by elevator. As you can see in the photos, the apartment consists of the following areas: - Living room area with a sofa, TV, windows with curtains for privacy, lamps providing cozy lighting, and a dining table for 4 people - A well-equipped separate kitchen with everything you need for cooking - 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (180x200 cm) - 1 bedroom with 2 single beds arranged as a bunk bed (90x200 cm) - 1 full bathroom The apartment has been designed to offer a comfortable, functional, and cozy stay. Guest access Guests have full access to the property. Towels and bed linen are included according to the number of people in the reservation. Limited complimentary soap and toilet paper are included. The kitchen is equipped according to the list of services, please do not hesitate to ask any questions you may have. The property has air conditioning via one split-type unit in the living room, and the bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans. The fans are operated by remote control. Each remote is clearly visible on the wall in its holder. Hot water is provided by a 100-liter electric water heater: once it runs out, you simply have to wait for the tank to refill. Free street parking is available. Additionally, right next to the apartment there is a designated parking area that is completely free, and just a few steps away, a large open space where there is always room to park comfortably. The travel crib is always in the apartment, stored under the bunk bed. You will need to bring your own sheets. Other things to note CHECK-IN Please note that we will need to know in advance the specific time of your arrival because you will be given the keys at the property and it requires organization. Arrival available from 16h to 20h, for any other time please contact us before booking. Travellers legal registration according to Decree 1513/1959, Decree 450/1975 & Real Decreto 933/2021. For legal reasons, we need all travellers to provide their ID info. This will only be requested for confirmed reservations, just a few days before your arrival though an online register.
