Le Loft: Cottage with hot tub in Marle

Want to bring your family and friends together in a stylish and upscale accommodation? Our 160 m² loft is the perfect place to meet and share friendly moments together! Located in Marle, just 30 minutes from the medieval city of Laon, your vacation home will seduce you with its large spaces, original decor and rather atypical character! You can even enjoy a large garden and lounge in the outdoor HOT TUB for a pure moment of well-being! The space It is in a beautiful building dressed in red brick that you will put your luggage during your vacation with family or friends. You will enter through our airlock fitted with a glass wall. We designed the spaces in an industrial loft style with a beautiful and large living room on the ground floor that can accommodate your entire group. The kitchen is fully equipped* and opens onto the bright living room where you can enjoy meals at the large table, relax and put the world to rights in the lounge area facing the garden and have a good laugh with our high-tech darts game! Unless you're more of a foosball fan? A slightly more intimate corner is available in our beautiful vaulted cellar serving as a lounge-bar. It is upstairs that you will discover the night area and its 4 bedrooms decorated with care (and originality!) and equipped for three of them with a shower room with toilet, and a bathroom with bathtub and toilet for the last. All rooms, ranging from 12 to 15 m², have a desk area, a dresser or wardrobe to store your personal belongings, as well as a flat-screen TV. For optimum comfort, beds are made upon arrival and towels are provided. On sunny days you will enjoy the 400 m² garden with terrace. Garden furniture, deckchairs and barbecue, enough to spend some good times in the countryside and under the sun.
