The house was built in 1988 and despite having undergone some renovations, it maintained the same style with the exception of some wet areas, which were modernized by the Swiss Architect and Photographer, Claude Antoine. The house also has wooden furniture designed and executed by the Architect. The original wooden flooring on the ground floor and second floor lend a rustic touch to the rooms. Every detail makes this property a unique place to live the experience of getting to know Salvador. The house has the following shared spaces: living room with TV, karaoke and video game, kitchen equipped with 2 refrigerators, industrial stove, microwave, electric pan and kettle and other appliances, as well as cutlery, dishes, pots, plastic containers for storing food, among other utensils. The room is spacious, great for coworking. It can accommodate 14 people at 2 tables of 1.50X1.50m and 3 people or more on the sofa.
