The big house was built in 1988 and despite having undergone some renovations, it maintained the same style with the exception of some wet areas, which were modernized by the Swiss Architect and Photographer, Claude Antoine. The house also has wooden furniture designed and executed by the Architect. The original wooden floor located on the ground floor and on the first floor give a rustic touch to the rooms. Every detail makes this property an unique place to live the experience of getting to know Salvador. Room configuration: - Located at the back of the property, on the ground floor; - The dorm is outside and has 2 shared bathroom options next door; - The room is private for 1 or 2 people; - It has 1 bunk bed in a locksmith's shop with new Ortobom mattresses, air conditioning and a minibar; - New bed and bath linens, decor with plants, artwork, furniture and contemporary materials. The house has shared spaces: Living room with TV, karaoke and video game, kitchen equipped with 2 refrigerators, industrial stove, microwave, pot and electric kettle and other appliances in addition to cutlery, dishes, pots, plastic pots for storing food, among other utensils. The room is spacious, excellent for coworking. It has capacity to accommodate 14 people at 2 tables of 1,50X1.50 m and 3 people or more on the sofa.
