Holt Market Town is just 16 minutes away, Reepham 10 minutes, and the North Norfolk coast, including Holkham, Wells and Cromer, is within easy reach. Blickling Estate, Sandringham and the Norfolk Broads are all close by. Norwich, with its restaurants, nightlife, shopping and historic lanes, is a short taxi or minibus ride away. Three of the six bedrooms are on the ground floor: one with a super-king-size bed and a single bed, another with a super-king-size zip-and-link which can be made up as twin beds on request, and the other has 4 single beds, 2 of which can be made up as a super-king-size on request. A ground-floor shower room completes this level. Upstairs, you’ll find three further bedrooms; the master suite with a super-king-size zip-and-link which can be made up as twin beds if required, along with a luxurious en-suite bathroom featuring a jacuzzi-style bath, a twin room, and another with 4 single beds, 2 of which can be made up as a super-king-size on request. Completing the first floor is the family bathroom. Step outside to discover even more to enjoy. The large, enclosed garden offers a mix of lawn and patio space, with a covered seating area, outdoor games, a charcoal BBQ and a pizza oven for fun-filled summer evenings.
