Beautifully designed family home, set in a quiet location on the edge of Thorpe Bay and near Southend. Professionally managed by Pass The Keys for Colin & Karen while they are visiting family. Their home is spacious and extremely comfortable. Offers free parking on the drive and has fast Wi-Fi. There are three pubs, supermarket and chippy within 10 minutes walk. It is about 2 miles from the beach at Shoebury Common and at East Beach, and less than 3 miles from popular events venue, Garon Park. The space This is a spacious family home. The main living room is large and very comfortable, with board games in a couple of the cupboards. There is a separate dining room, and there is also an air conditioned conservatory to relax in. If you are working, there is an office with plenty of desk space. The master bedroom has an en-suite shower-room, there are two further large, comfortable double bedrooms. The fourth bedroom has a pull out bed which can turn into a double as needed, and houses a selection of toys for smaller children. The main bathroom is to an excellent standard with electric shower over the bath. There is also a large garden which is well kept for the warmer weather. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire property except the garages. There is ample parking on the double driveway. Other things to note Please look after our home while we are away! One of the wardrobes contains useful accessories for a small child - a travel cot, mattress, and a booster seat. The fourth bedroom has a selection of children's toys (up to toddler age), and there are board games in the lounge. There is a picnic table and four chairs in the shed.
