This is a two apartments building, our place is located in the first floor. This exquisitely renovated house is a truly hidden gem because it preserves the original ceilings art work, the furniture, the colonial mosaics floors and the majestic cedar doors and windows from 1930s. The living room is just beautiful, all the furniture belonged to Mario’s grandma and he made an exquisite restorations work to bring them back to life, here you will see more contemporary Cuban photography. The dining room will be your favorite area on the house, where you can enjoy a homemade style breakfast, you can receive a Cuban cocktails lesson, or experience a rum tasting. The three spacious bedrooms are full of natural light, two of them next to each other (connective rooms, ideal for families with kids) and with access to a huge balcony where you can enjoy the city life. All the bedrooms are perfectly air-conditioned and they also have all the amenities you will love like brand new mattresses, hangers, safety boxes, iron and fresh flowers every morning. They will provide you all the tranquility and peace you will need after a long day discovering the city. The two huge bathrooms have all the amenities of a 5 stars hotel and were made with Cuban marble. The marvelous showers have perfect water pressure and plenty hot water. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances necessary to make your owns snacks, baby food or meals. It also has a fully stocked fridge with all kind of drinks (beers, water, juices, soft-drinks) Guest access Clients will have access to the whole house. It is completely private. Please make yourself at home. Other things to note About arrival: We totally recommend to use one of our reliable and professional drivers to pick you at the airport since we can assure you they will sanitize the vehicle between each service, and they already know the location of each property. Airport Transfer Fee is $30 Cleaning: As long as guests agree, our maid will come every three days to clean the apartment, throw the trash and replace towels, toilette paper and sheets for new ones. Check In: Our manager Francisco will always receive you at the apartment to give you the keys, the cellphone line to have Internet service and all the info you will need to have a great stay in Havana! About Breakfast: We totally recommed the homemade breakfast by our amazing Milly! She is our maid, a young Cuban lady, who also enjoys to meet new people and their cultures and of course help our guests to have the best experience. About Internet: We provide a Cuban SIM Card which you can use to buy 4G/LTE data mobile plans (Around $10). This is the easiest way to have Internet access. There are no unlimited Internet plans in Cuba. In this way you will avoid to go to WiFi Hot Spots (Parks) to get Internet access. Keep in mind that Internet in Cuba is slow, but you will be able to check your email or use your Social Media without problems.
