The left gate goes downstairs to Rooms 5 & 6, the gym, sauna and massage chair. Walk along the right side of the house to reach the hot tub, ice bath and laundry. 🌿 We live on site and are around most of the time if you need a hand finding anything. The quickest way to reach us is a message through the Airbnb app, and we reply fast. Otherwise we'll give you space to relax and enjoy your stay. Josy & Wade Other things to note House notes to keep everyone happy: 🔹 No outdoor shoes inside, please take them off at the door. 🔹 Only registered guests are allowed on the property, no visitors. The gym, hot tub, sauna, ice bath and pool table are just for booked guests. 🔹 Quiet hours are 10pm to 7am. Please avoid cooking after 10pm so everyone can rest. 🔹 We don't charge a cleaning fee, so please keep shared areas like the bathroom and kitchen clean. 🔹 Strictly no smoking or vaping indoors, there's a cosy outdoor spot for that. 🔹 No parties and no drugs. 🔹 Gym: open 7am to 10pm. Please sign our digital waiver before your first session. 🔹 Massage chair: please wear clean clothes and socks, and no food or drinks on the chair. 🔹 Sauna: lay one towel on the floor and one on the bench. 🔹 Please shower before hopping in the hot tub. 🔹 The deck is under construction and strictly off-limits. 🚂 We're next to the train station, which is ace for getting around Brisbane, but you might hear a train rumble by now and then. Quality earplugs are provided for light sleepers.
