We offer a clean, nice home in a quiet neighborhood, great for remote work and conveniently located in Harlingen close to airport (3.4 miles), hospitals, highways, city parks, and numerous birding and nature adventures. The space This house offers two bedrooms, each with king-sized beds, as well as a separate office with fast WiFi perfect for remote work, and a privately fenced backyard with mature trees. The backyard also feature a small, screened-in gazebo where guest can sit and relax without being bothered by bugs. The well-stocked kitchen is perfect for preparing meals. Guests are welcome to do laundry (detergent provided). There is a Roku TV where you can login with your streaming accounts, as well as board games, books and puzzles. Kitchen amenities: pots and pans, appliances (refrigerator, stove and oven, microwave, blender, toaster, coffeemaker, pour-over, coffee bean grinder, electric kettle), mixing bowls, cutting boards, tupperware, silverware, plates, cooking oils and spices. Coffee, tea, oatmeal, and granola bars provided. Toiletries provided: shampoo, conditioner, soap, bath and hair towels, washclothes, and all linens provided. For outdoor adventures: First aid kit, sunscreen, aloe, insect repellent, poison ivy wash. Guest access Guests can access the full house, the garage for laundry, and the fully-fenced and private backyard.
